Shipping and returns
Plan delivery before materials move.
Effective September 14, 2026. Exact fulfilment terms are confirmed in writing for each order because fence products are long, heavy and often project-specific.
Pickup and delivery.
Pickup location, readiness, hours, delivery area, freight charge, estimated timing and unloading requirements are supplied in the quotation or order confirmation. Website estimates are provisional until confirmed in writing.
Delivery dates are estimates unless the written agreement expressly guarantees a date. Weather, access, production and carrier conditions can affect timing.
Receiving materials.
An adult authorized to receive the order must be available when required. Before signing, inspect quantities and visible condition. Note shortages or visible damage on the delivery record and photograph affected packaging and products.
Report delivery damage or shortage promptly to contact@palisaro.com with the order reference and photographs. Keep affected materials and packaging until instructions are provided.
Changes and cancellations.
Contact us immediately if an order must change. Whether it can be changed or cancelled, and any resulting cost, depends on whether products have been procured, fabricated, finished, packed or dispatched. The accepted quotation or order confirmation will state the applicable project terms.
Returns.
Do not return materials without written authorization. Standard unused products may be eligible for return only under the return terms in the accepted quotation or order confirmation. Custom, cut, fabricated, special-order, installed, altered or damaged-after-delivery materials may be ineligible.
Approved returns must be complete and in resalable condition. Applicable collection, freight and restocking costs will be disclosed before the return is authorized. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
Refunds.
Approved refunds are issued using the agreed method after returned materials have been received and inspected. Processing time depends on the payment method and financial institution. Written project terms and applicable law govern the final amount and timing.
