A warranty applies only when it is identified in the accepted quotation, order confirmation or warranty document supplied with the product. The website does not create or extend a product, finish or workmanship warranty.

Keep the order confirmation, product documents and proof of purchase. They identify the coverage, claimant, duration, exclusions and available remedy.

Unless the applicable written warranty states otherwise, coverage may exclude ordinary weathering, cosmetic variation, misuse, impact, modification, incompatible components, improper storage or installation, inadequate maintenance, ground movement, drainage, chemicals, salt exposure and extreme site conditions.

Email contact@palisaro.com with the order reference, installation address, description of the concern, when it began, and clear photographs. Do not remove or dispose of affected material until the claim has been reviewed.
