The terms behind every project.

Product descriptions, drawings, photographs and guides are general information. Nominal dimensions are category names and may differ from manufactured dimensions. Confirm specifications, compatibility, quantities, site conditions and applicable code requirements before ordering or installing.

Product availability, pricing and lead times are confirmed in a written quotation. A project list or estimate is not an offer to sell and does not reserve inventory.

A project becomes binding only when Palisaro issues written acceptance identifying the products or services, price, taxes, fulfilment terms and any required deposit or payment. If these terms conflict with an accepted quotation or order confirmation, that document controls for the project.

Review the written confirmation promptly and report errors before production, procurement or installation begins. Changes may affect price and schedule.

• Provide accurate contact, site, measurement and access information.
• Confirm property lines, permits, utility locates and municipal or pool-enclosure requirements.
• Ensure the site can safely receive, unload and store supplied materials unless the written agreement assigns that work to Palisaro.
• Use suitable installers and follow confirmed product instructions.

Installation is available only when confirmed in writing for the project address. Scope, exclusions, site preparation, access, hidden conditions, schedule and change-order rules will be stated in the project agreement.

The Palisaro name, website design, original copy, graphics and product materials are owned by or licensed to Palisaro. You may use them for evaluating a Palisaro project, but may not republish or commercially exploit them without permission.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or malicious material, or use automated systems in a way that burdens the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Palisaro is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on provisional website information, improper installation, unconfirmed compatibility, site conditions or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Courts with jurisdiction in Ontario will hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer right. Questions may be sent to contact@palisaro.com.
